Ultralux Transfers – Client Agreement & Terms of Service

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing all transportation services provided by Ultralux Transfers LLC. By signing below or electronically accepting, the client agrees to abide by the following terms:


1. Booking & Payment Policy

• All rides must be paid in full at the time of booking in order to secure and confirm the reservation.
• 
Reservations without full payment are not scheduled or guaranteed, and time slots remain open until paid.
• Reservations made without a valid credit card on file will be 
automatically canceled if unpaid within 24 hours of scheduled pickup.
• All schedule changes, service adjustments, or cancellations must be submitted in 
writing or email and confirmed by Ultralux TransfersText message requests cannot be guaranteed.


2. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 
within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling requests are honored when possible and subject to availability.


3. Wait Time, Delays & Departure Policy

• The first 20 minutes of wait time is complimentary for store stops or minor delays.
• For airport departures: if the client is late beyond 
20 minutes from the scheduled pickup time, a wait fee may apply and will be billed in 15-minute increments.
• Ultralux is not liable for missed flights or delays resulting from late client arrivals or unapproved changes.
• If a client fails to appear or delays the driver beyond 
45 minutes, the trip may be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.


4. After-Hours Fee

• A $20 surcharge applies to pickups or drop-offs scheduled between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.


5. Recommended Pickup Times & Client Responsibility

• For domestic flights, schedule pickup to arrive 2 hours before departure; for international flights, 3 hours before departure, per TSA recommendations.
• Clients may request earlier or later pickup times at their discretion; however, 
any deviation from these recommendations transfers full responsibility to the client for missed flights or delays.
• Ultralux must 
approve any timing modifications in writing or email. Texts alone are not sufficient to guarantee timing changes.


6. Luggage & Capacity Limits

• Vehicle luggage capacity must be respected for safety:
• Full-size SUV (6 passengers): 6 carry-on bags or 4 large checked bags
• 
Extra luggage may incur a $15 fee per item, only if there is sufficient space to accommodate it safely.
• 
Strollers count as luggage (1 item for single, 2 items for double).
• Drivers may refuse service if excess items are not pre-disclosed or if they pose a safety concern.


7. Car Seats

• Car seats are available at no extra charge, but must be requested in advance.
• Available types:
• Rear-facing infant seat
• Forward-facing toddler seat
• Booster seat
• Please specify your needs at the time of booking.


8. Scope of Service

Ultralux Transfers provides luxury ground transportation services including, but not limited to, airport transfers, event transportation, hourly charters, and point-to-point travel. Services may be fulfilled directly or via approved professional drivers.


9. Professional Drivers & Subcontractors

Ultralux Transfers may assign independent drivers to fulfill services as necessary based on scheduling. These individuals are not only thoroughly vetted and professionally trained, but are also considered part of the Ultralux family. They operate under our direct standards, policies, and brand promise, ensuring the same elevated experience every time — regardless of who is behind the wheel.


10. Food, Pets & Vehicle Etiquette

• Food is permitted, but clients are responsible for any spills, damage, or cleanup.
• 
Pets are welcome when secured in appropriate carriers or on leash.
• 
Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in all Ultralux vehicles.
• Ultralux reserves the right to refuse service 
at any time to any individual exhibiting unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior.


11. Limitation of Liability

Ultralux Transfers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, airline changes, weather, vehicle malfunction, or conditions beyond our control.
We assume no responsibility for missed flights due to client-requested modifications to pick-up times.


12. Passenger Safety and Recording Notice

To enhance passenger safety and service quality, UltraLux Transfers LLC vehicles may utilize video and or audio recording systems. These systems are used solely for safety, security, and operational purposes. By accepting transportation services, passengers consent to such recordings and acknowledge that refusal of consent may result in denial of service.


13. Satisfaction Guarantee & Signature Stories

At Ultralux Transfers, we stand behind our service. If for any reason you feel your experience did not meet expectations, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may request a refund or resolution by contacting us directly.
In return, we ask for the opportunity to address the issue professionally and constructively. We aim to turn every challenge into a 
“signature story” that reflects our commitment to service and serves as an example of how we go above and beyond.


14. Agreement to Terms

By signing below or submitting this agreement electronically, I confirm that:

  • I have read, understood, and agree to the above Terms & Conditions
  • I understand all policies related to payment, cancellations, pick-up times, and safety requirements
  • I accept personal responsibility for any deviation from recommended airport timing
  • I release Ultralux Transfers LLC and its representatives from liability associated with changes not submitted in writing
  • I agree not to initiate chargebacks or public complaints without first contacting Ultralux Transfers for resolution under the satisfaction guarantee
