Yes. UltraLux provides private airport transfers to and from Orlando International Airport, Sanford International Airport, regional airports, and executive airports throughout Central Florida.


  • Do you provide transportation to Port Canaveral?

Yes. We offer private transfers to and from Port Canaveral for cruise departures and arrivals. Pickup times are coordinated to align with your sailing schedule.

Yes. UltraLux proudly works with travel agents and travel advisors. We are happy to coordinate transportation for their clients and support customized itineraries, cruise transfers, and airport arrivals. All UltraLux services are private. We do not offer shared or shuttle style transportation.


  • How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak travel periods, holidays, and cruise days. Same day requests may be accommodated based on availability.


  • What happens if my flight is delayed?

Flight delays are common and we monitor arrivals when flight information is provided. Pickup times may be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details regarding extended delays and wait time.


  • Do you offer hourly or as directed service?

Yes. Hourly and as directed transportation may be available for events, meetings, and customized itineraries. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs.


  • Is tipping required?

Tipping is not required but is always appreciated. Gratuity is at the discretion of the client.
